Additional Information
The global pandemic has created unprecedented challenges for the healthcare industry and specifically for nurse leaders. The healthcare industry has been turned upside down over the last year and faced decisions that would have been inconceivable a year ago in regard to staffing, equipment, PPE, medications, and capacity. CDC recommendations and guidelines change at the speed of light and leader resilience has never been more important. Nurse leaders that demonstrate a high degree of resiliency have the tenacity to manage uncertainty and view obstacles as opportunities. In difficult times, employees look for emotional strength and courage from their leader. This webinar will review the concept of leadership resiliency, identify traits of resilient nurse leaders, and help leaders develop a tool kit to strengthen and develop resiliency in their own leadership as well as within their teams.
Login information will be sent to registered attendees prior to the event!
