Please join us in Richmond, VA for the 2023 Fall VONL Conference. This year's theme is "Workforce and Innovations in Nursing: A Winning Strategy." We have a great lineup of speakers and time built in for networking with other nursing leaders from around Virginia. Keynote speaker, J. Bryan Sexton, PhD will discuss and share well-being resources. We will hear from the Virginia Board of Nursing, learn perspectives from a New York nurse leader on union versus non-union hospital environments, and discuss how to effectively initiate staffing committees in your organization.
